Welcome to PB1 Fine Wines.

Wine is my passion and I have spent many years searching
for the perfect collection of wines drawing both from my own vineyards located in Padthaway in South Australia and other regions.

Over the years, I have visited many beautiful parts of Australia but have always been drawn to the rugged nature of the Limestone Coast in South Australia. It is here that I purchased my first block of vines, in the up and coming region of Padthaway.

However, South Australia has many high quality wine making regions and PB1 Fine Wines takes advantage of this rich heritage by constantly reviewing our range and regions and drawing from the best available from vintage to vintage.

PB1 Fine Wines are drawn from regions that are characteristically rich and full-bodied, with intense fruit flavours and smooth, firm tannins. What sets PB1 Fine Wines apart is that we select our wines from regions that provide unique climatic conditions; characteristic soil types, a temperate Mediterranean climate and consistent annual rainfalls. A great combination for producing wines of enduring quality that showcase the distinctive flavours of Australia.
